Municipal Monthly Parking Permits

The City of South Miami provides municipal monthly parking permits to residents and non-residents in designated locations throughout the City for a flat monthly fee, which includes Florida sales tax. Below are the allowable locations and monthly cost.

A monthly parking permit does NOT guarantee parking availability for the registered vehicle or permit holder in the garage or on-street locations. There are no assigned parking stalls. Permit holders should park in any legal stall in the garage or designated on-street space.

Parking at any of the designated Municipal Monthly Parking Locations is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The City of South Miami does not allow vehicle storage nor overnight parking on public right of way.

Parking Garage at 5829 SW 73 Street
Monthly permits for this location may be purchased online at parksouthmiami.com.

All Other South Miami Parking Locations
Electronic monthly permits are available exclusively through the PayByPhone application.

Monthly Parking Hangers
Physical hangers may be purchased in person at the cashier window in City Hall, located at 6130 Sunset Drive.
