The City of South Miami owns and operates the five story Municipal Parking Garage which consists of an estimated 400 parking spaces. To park at the South Miami Municipal Garage, please use one of the approved mobile apps: ParkMobile, Passport, or PayByPhone by entering location number 44095.  

At the SoMi Garage, the City offers three different monthly digital parking permits that can be purchased online at www.southmiamifl.gov/SoMiGaragePermit:

• 24-Hour Overnight Permit
• Roof Overnight Permit
•  Day Pass (Between 7 AM and 1 AM ONLY)
