16. Parking Decals will be delivered upon payment. Off-street Parking is billed per City Ordinance 13-20-2367 Adopted May 19th, 2020. Failure to obtain the required permit(s) and make timely payment(s) in any given month shall be treated as a violation of this Code pursuant to Sec. 20-6.3. Payment MUST be received prior to the 1st day of the following month (i.e. April decal(s) must be paid for on or before April 30). Payments for any given month received after the due date as provided herein shall be subject to the imposition of fines and penalties.
