Marshall Williamson Scholarship Program

The City of South Miami offers residents of South Miami this scholarship to assist aspiring youth. The Marshall Williamson scholarship program was established to honor former City of South Miami activists from the Marshall Williamson area. This year’s scholarship awards will be announced in the month May 2026. 

 POTENTIAL APPLICANTS:                               

Residents of the City of South Miami who are high school seniors, college students, individuals wanting to attend vocational/trade schools.  Potential students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 on a unweighted 4.0 point scale.

SCHOLARSHIP DATES:                  

Applications Available: Monday, March 2^nd ,2026

Application Submittal Deadline: Friday April 17^th, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST.

Beginning Monday, March 2^nd, 2026, applications may be downloaded from City of South Miami Website or obtained in person.
