    No person shall park a vehicle upon any street located within the City’s Residential Zones for the purpose of: displaying such vehicle for sale, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs necessary in an emergency, displaying advertising, or storage, whereas used herein, “stored” means the parking of a vehicle in one place upon any street continuously for over 72 hours.
