NOTICE: Temporary Service Disruption – System Upgrade
The City of South Miami’s Development Services Department will undergo a scheduled system upgrade beginning Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM. Full system functionality is expected to resume on Monday, July 21, 2025.
During this time, the department will have limited service capabilities:
Inspections may still be scheduled via phone.
Permit applications may be submitted in person.
However, the online permit portal will be unavailable, and permit pickups will be temporarily suspended.
