The City of South Miami owns and operates the five story Municipal Parking Garage which consists of an estimated 400 parking spaces. The South Miami Municipal Garage is a Pay-by-Phone ONLY garage, with location number 33674.  Monthly Hanging Parking Permits are provided at a cost and can be purchased by Pay-by-Phone or by visiting the City of South Miami Finance Office located at 6130 Sunset Dr., South Miami, FL 33143.

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING IS ALLOWED AT THE SOUTH MIAMI PARKING GARAGE
