Description:
The City of South Miami is seeking proposals from experienced and capable parties to supply, plant and maintain Florida native trees in the City of South Miami, Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).  

Scope of work shall include: installation, back-filling, fertilizing, mulching, staking and guying where required, watering, pruning, weeding, cleanup, maintenance and guarantee for one-year period.

Special Requirements:
The contractor shall provide a maintenance service for a minimum period of 3-months to ensure a healthy and long life of the tree. Maintenance shall include: watering, mulching, fertilizing (if needed). Watering schedule shall be provided with a minimum but not limited to 3 times per week over the 3-month period.
