The City is hereby requesting sealed proposals in response to this solicitation, “Inventory and Valuation Services.”  The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract for the services necessary for the completion of the project in accordance with the Scope of Services, (Exhibit 1, Attachment’s A & B) or the plans and/or specifications, if any, described in this Solicitation (hereinafter referred to as “the Project” or “Project”).
