These classes are designed to to give you a complete workout whether you're trying to get in shape, stay in shape, or improve your athletic performance. Ed's Boot Camp delivers results by targeting specific areas, including hips, abs, thighs, and arms. Classes are held at the Gibson-Bethel Community Center.
Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) is a dynamic style of yoga which joins physical postures, with breathing. Flow class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Class takes place in the Multipurpose Room at Gibson-Bethel Community Center at 6 AM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Click here to view the informational flyer.
This dance aerobics class combines 45 minutes of cardio training and 15 minutes of core/weight resistance training. Choreographed routines concentrate on low impact exercises and techniques. Classes are held at the Gibson-Bethel Community Center.
